Back to "school"

Induction day. We are now in Stage 2 of the art foundation course - and there are nearly 60 of us.
Lots of information and documentation, including a carefully comprehensive timetable for the four groups -
In the note-taking workshop, a short lecture on the artist Edwin Wurm, who does "1 minute sculptures" by giving participants objects and instructions. We split into small groups and had half an hour to come up with a similar piece, then present it to the class. Mobile phones were the objects used by several of the groups, but this one involved painting a human statue -
and just look what you can do with a coat rack and some eager participants -
Thanks to the computers not cooperating, we didn't get the "internet research" section of the day, and finished early, so I toodled off to the V&A in the rain -
