After an intense and long morning of presentations about our structure project (so much amazing work!), we trudged through the snow to
Flat Time House on Bellenden Road SE15, where
John Latham lived until his death in 2006 -
Along the way, bollards designed by Anthony Gormley (part of the area's
renewal scheme) -
At the house, information about Latham's "flat time theory" (based on the theoretical physics of Event Structure) and time to gaze at the books that were left in his studio - perhaps models, perhaps works in progress -
There were rows and rows of books that he'd planned to use in his constructions and also this huge one -
On the way out, a single set of tracks in the fresh snow -
