Now that I've broken the ice by making a clamshell, all sorts of other types of boxes cry out to be made. This little drawer took about an hour and didn't have enough care paid to
exact measurement. Having the scalpel at a slight angle can make that crucial difference, especially in a small item (this is about 3"/8cm long).
Do you have a reference (book or even a website) where the basics of construction like this are described? I sort of see what you did, but I think I need more info. And I'm fascinated.
