(For those who commented on the earlier version - apologies - my carefully composed text simple disappeared...) If you enlarge the pic with boxes, you can enjoy the many useful tips. For example - Replace worn out slippers. Flapping or damaged soles or slack slippers can be dangerous.
I also wanted to pass on a tip that will help with balance and fitness - walk on your tiptoes - and if you do it while going up stairs, no one will notice!
...who doesn't realize, what? I think I'm missing something here.

ReplyDeleteRead all the little boxes. Free eye tests on the NHS? We went this morning and were unaware that this only applies every two years now. If you've been somewhere else and had a test, less than two years ago, you have to pay. Not everyone knows that!!!
