The Lutyens building on Tavistock Square

I was back at BMA House for an event today, and reflected on how lucky I had been to work in this grand building for so many pleasant years - architect Sir Edwin Lutyens.

Once upon a time (not so long ago) it had a library
but now this space is yet another meeting room.

The tapestry, by Marta Rogoyska, was presented by the BMJ to mark the library's centenary in 1987.
