Lockdown menus - 13-19 April

Monday
Breakfast - mushrooms on toast; pear, cheese

Lunch - lentil curry with yogurt and toasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner - chicken in walnut sauce, with rice, yogurt, salsa/salad

Tuesday
Breakfast - cottage cheese pancakes (2) with maple syrup; apple, coffee

Lunch - lentil salad (peppers, grapes, tomatoes, cucumber) on spinach; pear, cheese

Dinner - butternut squash recipe from Persiana; rice and lentils

Wednesday
Breakfast - muesli (to use up milk), fruit, coffee

Lunch - pasta with tomatoes, rocket, parmesan

Dinner - potato pancakes, sausages, cabbage/onion stirfry

Thursday
Breakfast - cottage cheese pancakes (2) with sugar&lemon, fruit, wedge of cheese

Lunch - sardines on toast, tomato, pear, orange

Dinner "at the theatre" (NT's Treasure Island) - lentil etc curry, fruit, malbec

 Friday
Breakfast - fried eggs, sourdough toast (sloe jam), tomatoes, apple, grapes

Lunch - lentil salad, sourdough toast with taleggio, apple and grapes, lemon/ginger tea

Dinner - baked chicken, cauliflower cheese, potato pancake

Saturday
Breakfast - two-egg omelette with sourdough toast, sloe jam; greek yogurt; apple and grapes

Lunch - bean and tuna salad on crispbread; apple

Dinner - Tuna salad with anchovy garnish; stirfry veg with sesame seeds; malbec

Sunday
Breakfast - two-egg omelette, sourdough toast, apple

Lunch - spring onion pancakes, veg with feta, greek yogurt

Extra, teatime - custardy cake made by Elena

Dinner - smoked mackerel, red onion and bean salad starter, sweetheart cabbage and toasted
sesame seed main; grapes
