I've got quite a collection of these 'ghost buildings' images, my favourite in Greece having a cupboard door that swung to and fro revealing a larder

Did you see that wondrous piece of Gordon Matta Clark's work in what I think was the very first temporary exhibition at Tate Modern?

Thanks for the mention of Gordon Matta Clark, Olga - I don't remember the piece at the Tate, and trying to find it online has led to some discoveries!
