Four abstract landscapes

A piece of "black" splodgy hand-dye cut into four, used as the background
with random bits from the scrap bag
added to make what might be seen as landscapes
cut to 7"x10", edged with satin stitch.

If only the corners would lie down flat! I'll press them under heavy books for a while... and next time, get out the blu-tak to use during photography.

I like these - the stitch and colour integrate beautifully :)

Take one iron, yes you remember them from those days of domestic bliss. Place iron tip on recalcitrant corner and drag in to wards centre of work. Some cursing and swearing at this point also helps! Works wonders.

Like the stitching too
