Egg, tomatoes on sourdough toast, yogurt, coffee |
Roast veg, yogurt, Polish rye bread, dates |
Canadian smoked salmon on sourdough, ice cream to follow |
Thursday
Eggs, Polish rye, maybe with marmalade |
Pasta and a veggie sauce |
Asparagus for starter... |
... followed by bangers and mash, and sweetheart cabbage |
Friday
Avocado on toast, yogurt with blueberries, pear and cheese |
Curried cauli soup (from freezer), yogurt garnish, Polish rye bread |
Chickpea and parsnip curry, with rice and yogurt, and a Friday-night beer |
Saturday
One egg, one toast - and the other toast with cream cheese and marmalade. |
Smoked mackerel on crispbread, celery, a pear |
Grilled aubergine, bacon, stir-fried peppers, and a few other bits |
Sunday 10 May
Smoked mackerel (for breakfast!) , sourdough toast, melon and blueberries |
