Although I haven't been avoiding the contemporary art scene, so far our excursions haven't encountered it. Apart from this gallery, quite nearby, discovered on an evening walk; the photos are taken through the window, and the gallery's website has better ones.
Coincidental to coming across William Kentridge's drawings of trees done on paper from old books, some of these works incorporate old diaries. The exhibition is called Innerworldoutside; the artists are Judith Saupper (the objects) and Olaf Osten.
