Journal quilts 2012
Stellar Sunrise - my A4-sized journal quilts for 2012.
Having "one big idea" was fun at first, but got a bit mechanical towards the end, even though I was doing different things with the circles throughout. If this is working in a series, I feel the work didn't develop enough throughout. But I enjoyed doing the putting-together and adding the rows of stitching, and, I must confess, not having to think too much about what to do next.

I like the series, even if it is repetitive. I think that's a meditation unto itself. Please post a link when the 2013 JQs are announced -- I might play along for my own purposes.
